You represent that any screenplay submissions by you are original and do not infringe upon, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights.

You agree to exclusively license the copyright in the overall winning screenplay to Open Screenplay for the purpose of Open Screenplay possibly producing a any number of productions based upon the respective winning screenplay and any respective screenplay(s) developed from it in consideration for an aggregate license fee/cash award of $1,000 USD for the overall winning screenplay, and you further agree to irrevocably waive your respective moral rights in respect of the winning screenplay in favor of Open Screenplay and its successors, assigns and licensees.

Open Screenplay reserves the right to make edits to the final winning screenplay to help with readability, clarity, or producing issues.
