IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:

1. No previously produced material or adaptations. The TV Pilot must be a new, original, unproduced work. 
2. No material inconsistent with MPAA guidelines of “G” rating, including sexual content, coarse language, violence, mature themes, etc.
3. No using of trademarks that belong to other people or companies
4. No use of existing characters, songs, logos, brands, etc.
